3rd Annual Nun Run

The Nun Run is the St. Vincent 1845 Foundation’s annual event to raise funds to support renovation and preservation projects for the historic St. Vincent de Paul 1845-1855 buildings located on the corner of Liberty and Abercorn Streets in Savannah, GA. The convent is one of Savannah's most historic and notable structures, located adjacent to The Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist. The 1845 building is marked on the National Register of Historic Places and is also recorded in the Library of Congress.
The 3rd Annual Nun Run will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in Daffin Park. The Nun Run is a fun run/walk and is open to individuals, groups, families, and leashed pets! Participants are welcome to dress in their very best “nun” attire for this event. Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed. Placement awards will be presented to multiple categories in this chipped race. All participants will receive a stylish Nun Run t-shirt and our delightful Nun Running medallion. Come join
us for a fun-filled race! The proceeds support the on-going preservation and restoration projects of the St. Vincent’s 1845
Foundation.
