Ways You Can Support the St. Vincent’s 1845 Foundation
To achieve our goal to preserve the St Vincent’s 1845 buildings we need your support. Listed below are ways that you can become a champion and help support the work of the foundation.
- Our annual fundraiser is the Nun Run, The Nun Run is a 5K run/walk that is held in Daffin Park. The next Nun Run will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Daffin Park. There are several ways that you can become involved in this event: you can sign-up to participate in the event, encourage others to join you, volunteer to help plan and promote the race, or become a sponsor. - Consider becoming a volunteer to help with the work of the St. Vincent’s 1845 Foundation.
- Make a donation to support the preservation work of the 1845 Foundation. We recently restored the wrought iron fence and gates around the buildings and the grotto. Current projects being evaluated are restoration of the parlor and chapel and preservation of some tapestries that were done by students at the convent in the early to med-1800’s. Your generous support is greatly appreciated.
